Suspected fraudulent crypto trading platform. Shows a balance and permits a withdrawal request, then demands an upfront "tax" payment before releasing funds and refuses to deduct it from the platform balance (advance-fee pattern). Operates a byte-identical mirror site at onbuyspread.com; both hide hosting behind Cloudflare. Reported to IC3 by the victim.
