By accessing or using GACS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GACS provides free fraud-prevention tools, a public scam registry, market context, and paid educational certifications. The service is provided on an 'as-is' basis and may change, expand, or be paused at any time.
Nothing on GACS constitutes personalised investment, legal, or tax advice, and GACS does not execute trades, custody funds, or guarantee outcomes. Markets and trading commentary are framed in terms of bias, scenario, risk, and uncertainty. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Reports and evidence you submit may be reviewed, verified, and published in accordance with our Editorial Policy. You warrant that submissions are truthful, lawful, and that you have the right to submit them. We may remove, edit, or refuse submissions at our discretion.
Do not: submit knowingly false reports; impersonate any person or organisation; abuse, scrape, or overload the service; use GACS to harass, defame, or unlawfully target individuals; attempt to circumvent security controls; or use GACS to commit fraud.
You are responsible for your account credentials. Certifications are issued to a named individual, are non-transferable, and may be revoked for academic dishonesty or violation of these terms.
GACS content, study books, exam questions, software, and branding are owned by GACS or its licensors. You may quote and link to public pages with attribution. Republishing study materials, exam content, or large excerpts without written permission is prohibited.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scam-registry entries are complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GACS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid GACS in the prior 12 months (which may be zero).
You agree to indemnify GACS against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GACS is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
