Section 1Instructor Role & Responsibilities

Instructors are responsible for:

  • Delivering module content
  • Providing clarification and support
  • Evaluating quizzes and capstone submissions
  • Ensuring academic integrity
  • Applying grading rubrics consistently
  • Maintaining compliance with GACS standards
  • Providing constructive feedback
  • Updating student records
  • Participating in audits when required

Instructors must maintain a professional, supportive, and unbiased environment.

Section 2Teaching Objectives

The CAAE™ program prepares students to:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agent systems
  • Use tools, APIs, memory, and RAG pipelines
  • Build multi-agent workflows
  • Implement safety and governance
  • Deploy enterprise-grade systems
  • Complete a full capstone project
  • Pass a 100-question final exam

Section 3Module Delivery Guidelines

Each module includes a full textbook, video script, quiz (80% minimum), workbook exercises, instructor notes, and automation logic.

Instructors should:

  1. Introduce the module objectives
  2. Deliver or assign the reading material
  3. Review key concepts
  4. Facilitate workbook exercises
  5. Administer the quiz
  6. Provide feedback
  7. Unlock the next module upon passing

Section 4Quiz Administration

  • Each module quiz requires a minimum score of 80%
  • Students may retry quizzes without penalty
  • Instructors must ensure quiz integrity
  • Scores must be recorded in the student's transcript fields
  • Quiz feedback should be constructive and specific

Section 5Capstone Project Evaluation

The Capstone is evaluated using the official rubric:

Section 6Final Exam Administration

  • The final exam contains 100 questions
  • Passing score is 80%
  • Students may retake the exam once
  • Scores must be recorded in the transcript
  • Passing the exam unlocks the diploma and master badge

Instructors must ensure exam integrity and fairness.

Section 7Academic Integrity Policy

Violations include:

  • Plagiarism
  • Unauthorized collaboration
  • Misrepresentation of work
  • Tampering with records
  • Attempting to falsify credentials

Consequences:

  • Warning
  • Assignment failure
  • Program removal
  • Credential revocation

All violations must be documented and reported to the Registrar.
