1. Who can join
Anyone with a GACS.app account. Enrollment is instant and free. You may be removed at any time for breach of these rules. You must be at least 18 and able to receive payouts in your country.
2. What you earn
- Creator tier (default): 30% on the net price of every paid course or diploma a referred buyer purchases, after refunds and payment-processor fees.
- Pro tier: 35% — auto-unlocked when you reach 10 approved sales in any trailing 90-day window. No application needed; the bump applies to all future sales.
- Partner tier: 40% — invite-only (journalists, schools, fraud-prevention orgs, senior-care nonprofits). Email affiliates@gacs.app.
- Performance bonus: a $250 spiff is added to your next payout the first time you record 25+ approved sales in a calendar month.
- Free signups, free certifications, free reports and free scans do not earn commission.
- Attribution is last-click with a 60-day cookie. The buyer may also enter your code at Stripe checkout in the "Referral / promo code" field — that always overrides the cookie.
3. How you get paid
- Commissions go from pending → approved only after a 60-day hold with no refund or chargeback on the underlying sale. The 60 days cover the refund window plus an extra buffer for early credit-card disputes — so you are only paid on sales that are very likely to stick.
- Approved balance over $50 USD is paid on the 1st of the following month via the payout method you choose (Stripe Connect, PayPal, Wise, or manual bank).
- You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold or file on your behalf and we may require a W-9 / W-8BEN before your first payout.
4. Prohibited practices
The following void commissions and may result in removal:
- Self-referrals — buying through your own link or code.
- Paid search bidding on "gacs", "gacs.app", or any GACS trademark / misspelling.
- Spam — unsolicited email, DM blasts, forum spam, cookie stuffing, fake reviews, malware/adware, typo-squatting, or incentivised clicks.
- Misrepresentation — implying you are GACS staff, guaranteeing outcomes, promising "make money fast", or copying our copy/screenshots without attribution.
- Hate, harassment, or illegal content on channels where you promote.
5. FTC / advertising disclosure
Every post, video, email, or page promoting GACS must include a clear affiliate disclosure (e.g. #ad, "affiliate link") per FTC, ASA, and equivalent local rules. If the platform has its own disclosure tool, use it too.
6. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud
If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraud at any time — even after the 60-day hold and even after the commission has been paid — the matching commission is reversed. Reversed amounts are first deducted from your pending balance, then from future approved commissions, then (if needed) from future payouts. Credit-card chargebacks can land up to 120 days after purchase, so clawback is not optional. Repeated chargeback or refund patterns may permanently end your participation.
7. Brand & intellectual property
You may use the GACS name, logo and screenshots to promote the program, in their original form, without modification, and only to link to gacs.app. You do not get a trademark licence beyond that. Domains containing "gacs" are not allowed.
8. Termination
Either side can end the relationship at any time. Approved, unpaid commissions earned in good faith before termination are still paid at the next scheduled payout. Pending commissions tied to fraudulent or rule-breaking activity are forfeited.
9. Privacy
We process click, signup and purchase data linked to your referral code to calculate commissions. We do not sell this data. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
10. No guarantees
Earnings depend on your audience and effort. GACS makes no income claims and is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or losses you incur while promoting the program.
